Job Description:

Managing the media / creative agency contract compliance audits for US/ European clients (Remote management of audits)
In-depth analysis of the agency billing, AR and media payments in contractual context. (Knowledge of US media process is added advantage)
Audit preparations and document management – Assign the tasks to team and getting the audit done in the prescribed manner
Complete know-how of the media buying and planning process. Hands on experience in media agency operations division is plus.
Handling the US audit clients and complete communication line & responsibility

Exp: 10-12 years

Requirement
Team lead capabilities – Understanding of managing team, delegating work, achieve timelines & correctness, training & development
Exceptional communication skills (written & spoken)
7+ years relevant experience in managing operations of Media / Creative agency
Good understanding of media / creative commercials and financial processes
Analytical skills and working knowledge of MS- office
